Transformation of a typical prefabricated house (aka. "Marleska") into a modern home for a young family. The (too) large upper floor allows for a breakthrough of the ceiling, which redefines the living room and connects two thus far completely separate floors.
The plot is divided into private and open/semi-public part by an architectural intervention. The boundary between the two parts of the plot is defined by a meandering element that creates external ambiences and conceals the needed service spaces (shed, outdoor kitchen, waste collectors, etc.).
