The west-oriented site with a view of the Drava valley represents an idyllic but at the same time an extremely demanding starting point for the construction. The steep slope of the building plot and the lowered access from the road dictated a deep intervention in the hill, where a fully-embedded garage with technical spaces is located. Garage access and entrance to the building are visually separated from the house by a belt of greenery, while they remain connected in the underground.

The interior spaces of the house are adapted to the slope of the terrain, with various space heights as a "homage" to Loos's Raumplan. The central area of the house with a fascinating view is the ground floor, where a single space, which is differentiated by two space heights, hosts the living room and a kitchen with dining area. A direct access to a terrace with a swimming pool is possible from the upper level of the ground floor.

Atrium on the north side of the building is intended for introverted function of the wellness area, where one can escape the everyday life.
